Essie is a one-of-a-kind doll sculpted by me with Cernit, a polymer clay. Essie stands 23” tall on a wood base.

Her beautiful brown eyes are hand-blown glass made in Germany. I made her braided wig with dark brown wool fleece and finished off the braids with metallic beads. She has a silk organza scrunchie around the braided ponytail.

Essie’s skirt is sewn by me with pink and cream silk organdy and tied with a sash. Her blouse is silk with rows of silk ribbons and roses hand-stitched on. I sculpted her shoes, painted them and added silk trim to finish them.
